Since my boss went on indefinite leave last year, I have been working a 3 man job. It's no joke specially with all the office politics. Thank God I am still sane hahaha... Finally, a month ago they have hired 2 temps to help me with the admin stuffs. Sad to say...one of them is leaving already becasue she wanted to re take her A levels. Her last day is today. So again...Cram! I wanted to give her something memorable yet useful to say "Thank You". So I decided to alter a notebook :)

Thirdy turned 1
Cramming again! As I pack my luggage for my trip back to Philippines, I'm thinking of what materials & tools I should bring. I do not want to bring too much because it's a short trip (4days) and I want to maximize my luggage allowance for the goodies I was planning to buy hehehe but...I am thorn not to bring my tools also. My goodies won...so I snatched my stash of unopened Echo Park kit and viola! This is what I mannaged to create.
I didn't bring other embellishments. I found some BBQ sticks and used it instead to add some texture in the LO. I am happy with how it turned out. The red cardstock really made a big difference.
Materials Used:
PP: Echo Park
Embellishments: BBQ Sticks, AC Thickers, Echo Park Stickers

Special Moments

Last January I attended the wedding of my college friends. {Ejet & Malou} I was a witness to their love story since the begining and it so touching to see them getting married that day. I was also privileged to be one of their secondary sponsors. I was tasked to put on the Veil on the Bride & Groom.
The Veil is pinned from the groom's shoulders, extending it to cover the bride's head and shoulders. This is symbolic of the groom pledging his strength and protection to his bride - the wife who he promises to take care of, from this day forward.

One Fine Day
Here's another layout of Ean. This is my take for Andrea's challenge : 9 or more squares at Scrapbook Challenges . I didn't have any bright colored alpha chipboard to use so I colored the brown Heidi Swapp alpha chipboard that I have with the Uniball Signo pen. I love the outcome ;-) I did a little bit of doodling and I'm starting to like this technique.
